A Long Tradition of the Sea
Ours is a true story, a long tradition of three generations of fishing cuisine.
This project is dedicated to “grandfather” Marcello, who began our history many years ago: handing down the flavours, cooking only what is tasty.
The products we use in our kitchens are part of the local culture.
The dishes are based on the precise and meticulous choice of raw ingredients from the Adriatic Sea.
